Using this Website

1. Packages are now categorized by square footage. To order, you must click "Order Tour" button on one of the packages above.

2. On the Order page fill out all of the "Property Details" (note that the fields with red asterisks are required), Please give good turn-by-turn directions. GPS does not always find a location, and poor directions can make the difference between us completing the tours for the day or having to reschedule your tour.

3. Cities outside of the metro area may have an additional time/travel fee,  this fee is listed in next to the city in the drop down menu. If your city is not listed please contact Colman (317-491-7234) to find out if there will be an additional charge.

4. Many agents prefer us to use our best judgment in adjusting the package size up or down. Click yes on the "Photographer make adjustments to package as seen fit:" field if you would prefer us to make that call without interrupting you to do so. Charges for downgrades will be refunded after the tour is shot. For upgrades you will be invoiced through PayPal to make any additional payment.

5. Ideas for "Special Instructions" - Alarm/Lockbox codes, contact information for owners if they are to be contacted for scheduling, road construction in the area that might detour the photographer, location of the lockbox, requests for specific pictures to be taken or avoided, requests for a specific day/time. (We will always try to accommodate scheduling requests but cannot guarantee availablity).

6. Once all of the fields have been completed click "Add to Cart". You will then be taken to your shopping cart. On this page please be sure that your order is correct and that only the package(s) that you wish to order are in the cart. If there is a package that you do not intend to order click the Red X next to that package to delete it. At this point you can click "Continue Shopping" to order another tour, or click "Checkout" to pay and complete your order.

7. On the Checkout page you will be asked to Register an account, Checkout as a guest, or Login. If you already have an account, login here. If you do not have an account we recommend Registering one, this will allow you (among other things) to see your order history, which is great at tax time. If you do not wish to create an account simply click "Guest Checkout" and "Continue".

8. On the next step you will be asked to either confirm your billing address (Registered Account) or enter your personal details (Guest Checkout), then click "Continue".

9. You are then asked to choose a payment method, Credit/Debt Card or Pay by Check. Click "Continue".

10. Here you will "Confirm Order" if paid by check or enter Credit/Debt card information and "Confirm Order". The next screen will confirm that, Your Order Has Been Processed.
