If we arrive and, because of circumstances beyond our control, are unable to shoot the home there will be a fee of $40.00. However, if we are able to shoot exteriors we will convert the fee to an Exteriors. Only package, so that you will at least have some images to upload with your listing.
There may be a travel fee for properties outside of the Metropolitan area, any fee will be noted nest to the name of the city in the drop down menu. If you have a property who’s city is not listed please, call us before completing your order so that we can let you know of any travel fee associated with the city.
LATE CANCELLATION FEE – If a photo shoot is cancelled or postponed with-in 2 hours of its scheduled start time a fee of $25 will apply
